Jayzee Wraps LLC Warranty and Liability Waiver
Warranty
Jayzee Wraps LLC ("Jayzee Wraps") warrants our vehicle customization services, including but not limited to custom vehicle wraps, paint protection films (PPF), window tinting, wheels, tires, lift kits, ceramic coatings, powder coatings, starlights, and chrome delete services, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original customer.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper care or maintenance, accidents, collisions, vandalism, exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, improper installation by non-authorized personnel, or normal wear and tear, including scratches, chips, and fading. Jayzee Wraps reserves the right to repair or replace defective materials at our discretion. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and allow Jayzee Wraps a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the claim.
Liability Waiver
By engaging the services of Jayzee Wraps, the customer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with vehicle customization, including but not limited to potential damage to the vehicle or its components. The customer agrees to release, waive, and discharge Jayzee Wraps LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of use of the vehicle, and economic losses.
Furthermore, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jayzee Wraps LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims brought by third parties arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Jayzee Wraps. This indemnification extends to legal fees, costs of defense, and any settlements or judgments awarded against Jayzee Wraps LLC.
General Provisions
This warranty and liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Jayzee Wraps LLC operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Jayzee Wraps LLC regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
By utilizing the services of Jayzee Wraps LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this warranty and liability waiver. Jayzee Wraps LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any modifications will be effective upon posting on our website.
